In 2023, the national stainless steel crude steel output was 30.139 million tons, an increase of 739,400 tons or 2.51% year-on-year. Among them, the output of Cr-Ni series stainless steel (300 series) was 14.3796 million tons, an increase of 887,400 tons or 6.58% year-on-year, accounting for 47.71%, an increase of 1.82%; the output of Cr series stainless steel (400 series) was 5,925,000 tons , A year-on-year increase of 422,400 tons, an increase of 7.68%, accounting for 19.66%, an increase of 0.94%; the output of Cr-Mn series stainless steel ("200" series) was 9,643,200 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 580,900 tons, a decrease of 5.68%, accounting for The ratio was 32.00%, and its share decreased by 2.78 percentage points; the output of duplex stainless steel was 191,432 tons, an increase of 10489 tons and 5.8% year-on-year.

　　 From the perspective of import and export, in 2020, the country imported 1.805 million tons of stainless steel, an increase of 686,200 tons or 61.33% year-on-year. Among them, the imported steel billet was 863,900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 468.15%; the export of stainless steel was 3.4169 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 255,400 tons, a decrease of 6.95%.
